Can I have my autographed item customized?
Yes! You may include any notes for the customization in the notes at checkout. Please keep in mind, this may delay your order shipping if Matt & Nick are on the road.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the world! Please note, customer/recipient is responsible for any and all additional charges incurred during import/customs process. We are NOT able to mark shipments as "Gifts."

When will my order ship?
We generally ship a couple times during the week. We do not ship on the weekends.

How will my order ship?
For the US & Canada, we ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order. For all other countries, we ship via USPS First Class Mail. All domestic orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which are emailed to you! (International orders unfortunately are not able to be shipped with tracking information.)

What is your exchange/return policy?
While we want everyone to be happy, please understand that all sales are final and we are not able to cancel orders, process exchanges, accept returns or issue refunds.
